I ordered from redfoxpowersports.com and the shipping was just average. It wasn’t terrible or anything, and my order did show up in good shape, but it definitely wasn’t as quick as I expected when I placed the order.

The tracking was slow to update too, so for a couple days I had no real idea where my package was. I reached out and got one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type replies, which didn’t really help much. Everything worked out in the end, but I wish the shipping was faster and the updates were more useful.

I had a little issue after my order arrived, though I can’t remember exactly what kicked it off now. I do remember support getting back to me quickly and helping me get it sorted. It wasn’t a totally flawless experience, but it was good enough and I appreciated the help

The return process wasn’t any smoother. Every time I reached out, it felt like they were nudging the problem back onto me instead of actually helping fix it. After all that back and forth, I wouldn’t order from them again. Just not worth the hassle for one part

These parts feel really solid in hand, better than I expected. Even the little details, like the fit and finish around the edges, make them seem like good quality.

The prices seemed okay to me, maybe not the best deal out there, but still reasonable enough. Shipping did feel a bit on the expensive side, though.

I got my ATV from Red Fox PowerSports it’s been better than I expected. It starts right up, rides nice and smooth, and has a little more power than I thought it would. My brother took it for a quick spin too and was impressed. I’ve had it out on some rough dirt trails already and it handled them just fine. So far, I’m really happy with it.

Every time I go looking for the parts I need, they never seem to be available. Maybe I’m just having bad luck, but it feels like they’re always out of stock when I need them most

I put this together in about an afternoon, and overall it was straightforward. A couple of the instruction steps could’ve been explained a little better, but nothing that stopped me from finishing it. My advice if you’re assembling it: lay everything out first and don’t rush the unclear parts. Once I slowed down and double-checked the pieces, it went together just fine. I’d give it 4 stars.

They did get back to me, but it just took longer than I expected. Overall it was okay, just not the fastest service.

Most of my order showed up correct, but one small thing was off. Support did get it fixed, so that was good, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting tbh. Not a huge deal, just kinda annoying at the tiem.
